The truth is, although everyone wants to be #1 or at least in the top 5, there's only 5 slots there. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is the way to start you site climbing the ranks to get there. Neither a website or other marketing strategies can stand alone. There are great marketers out there who consider SEO voodoo. They know they need it, but have no idea where to even start. This blog is for them, its for those of you who want to make sure some web company who says your site is "optimized" isn't taking advantage of you the way a lot of them can. If you can't see results, suspect that their getting to you.
